TallyPrime Dashboard — Tiles जोड़ें, Configure करें और Home Screen बनाएं
TallyPrime Dashboard, Release 4.0 (27 November 2023) में आया — एक screen पर पूरे business की तस्वीर। Sales trend, purchase trend, cash/bank balance, receivables-payables, top ledgers और accounting ratios जैसे tiles default मिलते हैं, साथ में अलग Sales और Purchase Dashboard। Release 6.0 में Connected Banking वाले tiles (Banking Activities, Bank Balance) भी जुड़े।
Requirements
- TallyPrime 4.0 या बाद का release; banking tiles के लिए 6.0+।
- User को Dashboard का access हो — default में Owner/Administrator, Tally.NET Owner और Tally.NET Auditor को मिलता है। बाकी users के लिए Alt+K → User Roles में Dashboard allow करें या कुछ tiles disallow करें।
- अलग से TSS, internet या plug-in की जरूरत नहीं — यह आपके company data से ही बनता है।
Setup — steps
| Step | क्या करें |

| 1. Dashboard खोलें | Alt+G (Go To) → Dashboard type करके Enter, या Gateway of Tally → Dashboard। |
| 2. Tile जोड़ें / हटाएं | Alt+A (Add Tile) से Accounting, Inventory, Bank/Cash या Statutory group का tile चुनें; हटाने के लिए tile पर Alt+D। |
| 3. Tile configure करें | Tile चुनकर Alt+C — Name of Tile, Display type (Data/Graph), Graph Type, Scale Factor, Position of Tile आदि। |
| 4. Period बदलें | पूरे Dashboard का period Ctrl+F2 से, सिर्फ एक tile का F2 से। |
| 5. View save करें | Tiles और period set करने के बाद view save करें, ताकि अगली बार वही layout खुले। |
| 6. Home screen बनाएं | F1 (Help) → Settings → Startup में Open Dashboard on loading a Company = Yes। |
काम के shortcuts

Limits
- Help page सिर्फ predefined tiles को add/configure करने की बात करता है; बिल्कुल नए प्रकार का tile बनाने का option नहीं बताया गया। Custom MIS चाहिए तो Dashboard TDL देखें।
- Position बदलकर Esc दबाया और save नहीं किया तो layout default पर लौट आता है।
- Computer पर save किया view उस computer की सभी companies पर लागू होता है; company में save किया view multi-user में सभी users को दिखता है।
- Startup setting सभी companies पर लागू होती है, company-wise अलग नहीं।
किसके काम का
Owners जो रोज़ सुबह एक नज़र में sales, collection और bank position देखना चाहते हैं; sales managers के लिए Sales Dashboard; और accountants जो monthly review में cash flow और ratios दिखाते हैं।
Common Mistakes
Data entry user को Dashboard न दिखना bug समझना
Access user role से तय होता है। Alt+K → User Roles में Dashboard allow करें। Inventory tiles भी तभी दिखते हैं जब वे allow हों।
गलत period पर फैसला लेना
Tile का period अलग से F2 से बदला हो सकता है। Review से पहले Ctrl+F2 से पूरे Dashboard का period एक कर लें।
