Ctrl+H in TallyPrime — Change Mode/View Shortcut

TallyPrime में Ctrl+H = Change Mode (voucher में) और Change View (report में)। Sales/Purchase voucher में Ctrl+H से Item Invoice, Accounting Invoice या As Voucher mode चुनते हैं; report में Ctrl+H उसी data को दूसरे view में दिखाता है। Tally.ERP 9 में voucher mode के लिए Ctrl+V / Alt+I थे।

Ctrl+H किस screen पर क्या करता है?

Example: Accounting Invoice को Item Invoice में

Step	क्या करें
1	F8 Sales खोलें — screen Accounting Invoice mode में है (items की columns नहीं)
2	Ctrl+H दबाएँ → Change Mode list
3	Item Invoice चुनें → अब Name of Item, Quantity, Rate columns आ जाएँगे

Mode entry शुरू करने से पहले बदलें — आधा भरा voucher mode बदलने पर कुछ details दोबारा भरनी पड़ सकती हैं।

Common Mistakes

Ctrl+H को Detailed/Condensed toggle समझना

कुछ पुरानी lists (हमारी book के अध्याय 27 का एक पुराना table भी) Ctrl+H को detailed/condensed बताती हैं। TallyPrime 7.x में detailed/condensed = Alt+F5 या Alt+F1; Ctrl+H view/mode है।

Item Invoice न दिखने पर inventory बंद मान लेना

अक्सर voucher बस Accounting Invoice mode में खुला होता है। पहले Ctrl+H से Item Invoice चुनें; फिर भी न दिखे तो F11 में inventory settings देखें।
