TallyPrime में built-in क्या है

TallyPrime का Dashboard (Gateway of Tally से) कई reports का data एक screen पर लाता है:

Default tiles: Sales Trend, Purchase Trend, Trading Details, Assets/Liabilities, Cash/Bank Accounts, Cash In/Out Flow, Receivables/Payables, Top Groups/Ledgers, Accounting Ratios
Tiles Accounting, Inventory, Bank/Cash और Statutory groups में; add/remove, एक tile कई बार, rename, data या graph या दोनों
पूरे dashboard या एक tile का period बदलना, tile position तय करना
किसी figure पर Enter से underlying report में drill down

हम कैसे बनाते हैं

1. Requirement

आपके 5–10 KPIs की list लेते हैं और साथ में बताते हैं कि कौन-से built-in tiles से ही मिल जाएंगे।

2. Sample / demo

बाकी KPIs sample data पर बनाकर दिखाते हैं।

3. Install

आपके system पर load करके figures को source reports से match करते हैं।

4. Support

नए KPI, release upgrade check और WhatsApp support। Timeline requirement पर depend करती है।

Common Mistakes

बहुत सारे KPIs एक साथ

30 tiles वाला dashboard कोई नहीं पढ़ता। 5–10 numbers चुनें जिन पर आप सच में decision लेते हैं।

Built-in Dashboard configure किए बिना TDL

Tiles add करना, period बदलना और views save करना पहले से है। Built-in try करने के बाद जो KPI बचे, सिर्फ़ उसके लिए TDL।

Tally Prime mein dashboard hai kya?

हाँ। Built-in Dashboard में Sales Trend, Purchase Trend, Cash/Bank Accounts, Receivables/Payables, Top Groups/Ledgers, Accounting Ratios जैसे tiles हैं। Tiles add/remove, rename, period बदलना और drill down सब built-in है।

Can I create multiple dashboards without TDL?

हाँ, tiles configure करके अलग views save किए जा सकते हैं (जैसे owner और accountant के लिए)। TDL तब चाहिए जब कोई ऐसा KPI चाहिए जो किसी built-in tile में है ही नहीं।

Custom dashboard में किस तरह के KPIs जुड़ते हैं?

जैसे branch/godown-wise sales और stock value, salesman ranking, custom field (brand, area) पर summary, target vs actual, या आपकी अपनी calculation। Exact tiles requirement पर तय होते हैं।

Dashboard phone पर दिखेगा?

TallyPrime की reports Browser Access (Tally.NET) से phone browser में देखी जा सकती हैं। Custom TDL reports phone पर कैसे दिखेंगी, यह requirement के समय test करके बताते हैं।
