Alt+F7 in TallyPrime — Stock Journal Shortcut (Godown Transfer, Manufacturing)

Alt+F7 voucher screen में Stock Journal खोलता है। एक godown से दूसरे में माल भेजना, raw material से finished goods बनाना, packing material का consumption — ये सब inventory movements इसी voucher में दर्ज होते हैं। हमारी book (TallyPrime 7.0 सम्पूर्ण मार्गदर्शिका, अध्याय 27) में भी Alt+F7 = Stock Journal / Manufacturing Journal दिया है।

Alt+F7 कहाँ-कहाँ काम करता है?

Gateway → Vouchers (या voucher entry)	Stock Journal voucher
Bank Reconciliation report	कई bank entries से एक consolidated voucher बनाना

Step	क्या करें
1	Gateway of Tally → Vouchers → Alt+F7
2	Source (Consumption): Main Store → Item → 20 Nos
3	Destination (Production): Showroom → same Item → 20 Nos
4	Narration: Stock transfer Main Store to Showroom
5	Ctrl+A — godown-wise stock अपडेट

Manufacturing में Source side पर raw material और Destination side पर तैयार माल डालते हैं।

Common Mistakes

Godown transfer F7 Journal में करना

F7 Journal सिर्फ़ ledgers का adjustment है, stock नहीं हिलता। माल की movement के लिए Alt+F7।

दोनों sides की quantity अलग

Transfer में Source और Destination quantity बराबर न हो तो फर्क stock में gain/loss बन जाता है। Transfer में दोनों तरफ same item, same qty।

Stock Journal में godown field नहीं दिख रहा?

F11 Company Features → Inventory में multiple godowns वाला option enable करें और godowns बनाएँ, तब godown column आएगा।
