Alt+P in TallyPrime — Print Menu (Invoice और Report Print)

TallyPrime में Alt+P top menu का Print menu खोलता है। यहाँ से current invoice/report या कोई दूसरा report चुनकर print किया जाता है। Current voucher को सीधे print करना हो तो Ctrl+P तेज़ है।

Example: Sales invoice print

Step	क्या करें
1	Day Book से invoice खोलें
2	Alt+P → Current (या सीधे Ctrl+P)
3	Printer, copies और configuration (F12) जाँचें
4	Print दबाएं; पहले देखना हो तो Preview चुनें

Save के तुरंत बाद print चाहिए तो voucher type में “Print voucher after saving” option चालू कर सकते हैं। Day Book, Ledger या Outstanding जैसे reports भी इसी तरह print होते हैं — report खोलकर Alt+P दबाएं; Gateway of Tally से हों तो Others में जाकर report चुनें।

Common Mistakes

PDF के लिए printer ढूँढना

PDF file चाहिए तो print की बजाय export करें। Alt+E/Ctrl+E में format PDF चुनें।

हर बार print settings बदलना

Copies, title, बैंक details बार-बार न बदलें। Print screen में F12 से configuration एक बार set करें।
