TallyPrime में Ctrl+I = More Details। Voucher या master भरते समय Ctrl+I दबाएँ तो उस screen के लिए अतिरिक्त details के options की list खुलती है। जो चुनेंगे वह सिर्फ इसी entry (current instance) पर लागू होगा — F12 की permanent setting नहीं बदलती। Tally.ERP 9 में ऐसा कोई key नहीं था।

Ctrl+I किस screen पर क्या करता है?

Screen	Ctrl+I का काम
Voucher entry / alteration	इस voucher के लिए more details (extra fields/sections) जोड़ना
Master creation / alteration (Ledger, Stock Item आदि)	इस master के लिए more details जोड़ना
Reports	लागू नहीं — reports में Alt+I voucher insert करता है

List में कौन-से options आएँगे यह screen, voucher type और F11 features पर निर्भर है — जो TallyPrime दिखाए वही उस screen के लिए उपलब्ध है।

Example: एक voucher में extra detail

Step	क्या करें
1	Voucher entry screen खोलें (जैसे F8 Sales)
2	Ctrl+I दबाएँ → More Details list
3	ज़रूरी option चुनें, details भरें, फिर voucher पूरा करके Ctrl+A
4	अगर यह detail हर voucher में चाहिए तो Ctrl+I बार-बार दबाने की बजाय F12 में permanently on करें

मिलते-जुलते keys — फर्क समझें

Alt+I	Report में voucher insert करना

Common Mistakes

हर voucher में Ctrl+I दबाते रहना

Ctrl+I का असर सिर्फ उसी entry पर है। Detail रोज़ चाहिए तो F12 में option on करें, समय बचेगा।

Alt+I से invoice mode ढूँढना

Alt+I Tally.ERP 9 में invoice mode था; TallyPrime में reports में voucher insert करता है। Mode के लिए Ctrl+H, extra details के लिए Ctrl+I।
