Ctrl+Alt+I in TallyPrime — Invert Selection Shortcut

TallyPrime में Ctrl+Alt+I = Invert Selection। Report में जो lines आपने select की हैं वे deselect हो जाती हैं और बाकी सारी lines select हो जाती हैं — “इन 3 को छोड़कर बाकी सब” वाला काम एक key में।

Ctrl+Alt+I कहाँ काम करता है?

Screen	क्या होता है
Reports (Day Book, Ledger Vouchers, Outstandings, List of Accounts आदि)	Line items का selection उलट जाता है
Voucher / master entry screen	लागू नहीं — यह report selection की key है

Tally.ERP 9 में भी यही key इसी काम के लिए थी। Selected lines पर फिर hide (Ctrl+R) या delete (Alt+D) जैसे actions एक साथ होते हैं।

Example: Day Book में सिर्फ 3 entries print करनी हैं

Step	क्या करें
1	Day Book खोलें — 40 vouchers दिख रहे हैं, CA को सिर्फ 3 दिखाने हैं
2	उन 3 vouchers पर Spacebar दबाकर select करें
3	Ctrl+Alt+I — अब वे 3 छूट गए और बाकी 37 selected हैं
4	Ctrl+R से selected 37 lines report से hide करें, फिर Alt+P से print — बाद में Alt+U से सब lines वापस

Common Mistakes

Invert के बाद बिना देखे delete करना

Invert से बहुत सारी lines एक साथ select हो जाती हैं। Alt+D से पहले selected lines का count और highlight check करें — delete permanent है।

Ctrl+I दबा देना

Ctrl+I More Details खोलता है। Selection उलटने के लिए Ctrl+Alt+I, तीनों keys साथ।

नहीं, यह reports में line selection का shortcut है। Voucher entry screen में line select करने का concept नहीं है।
