Alt+I in TallyPrime — Report में Voucher Insert और Profile Edit

TallyPrime में Alt+I का मुख्य काम है — report (जैसे Day Book) में चुने हुए voucher से पहले नया voucher insert करना। जब बीच में छूटा voucher उसी date और क्रम में डालना हो, तब यह काम आता है।

Example: Day Book में बीच का voucher

Step	क्या करें
1	Alt+G → Day Book, सही date पर जाएं
2	जिस voucher से पहले entry चाहिए उस पर cursor रखें
3	Alt+I → voucher type चुनें, entry भरें
4	Ctrl+A से save — automatic numbering में आगे के numbers खिसक सकते हैं

GST invoices में numbering बदलना ठीक नहीं, इसलिए जिन vouchers के IRN या return file हो चुके हैं उनके बीच insert करने से बचें।

Invoice mode के लिए Alt+I दबाना

यह Tally.ERP 9 की आदत है। TallyPrime में mode बदलने के लिए Ctrl+H दबाएं।

Filed period में insert

Insert से बाद के voucher numbers बदल सकते हैं। GSTR-1 file हो चुके period में insert न करें, ज़रूरत हो तो नई date पर entry करें।

Ctrl+I क्या करता है?

Ctrl+I (More Details) से master या voucher में उस बार के लिए अतिरिक्त details भरी जाती हैं। इसका insert से कोई संबंध नहीं।
