Ctrl+F5 TallyPrime में Rejection Out voucher खोलता है — supplier से आया माल quality check में fail हो और उसे वापस भेजना हो। यह inventory voucher है: stock घटता है, लेकिन supplier के account पर असर Debit Note (Alt+F5) से आता है।

Ctrl+F5 कहाँ-कहाँ काम करता है?

Step	क्या करें
1	माल Alt+F9 Receipt Note से आ चुका है
2	Gateway of Tally → Vouchers → Ctrl+F5
3	Party: supplier; rejected item, 5 pcs और godown भरें
4	Ctrl+A — stock 5 pcs घटा
5	Bill पहले ही बन चुका हो तो supplier के account के लिए Alt+F5 Debit Note बनाएँ

Common Mistakes

Alt+F6 को Rejection Out समझना

Alt+F6 Credit Note है, जो customer की तरफ़ का note है। Supplier को rejected माल लौटाने के लिए Ctrl+F5।

Bill बनने के बाद सिर्फ़ Rejection Out

Purchase bill पहले ही post हो चुका हो तो सिर्फ़ Rejection Out से supplier का balance नहीं घटता। Account के लिए Debit Note भी चाहिए।
