TallyPrime से Invoice WhatsApp और E-mail पर कैसे भेजें — Alt+M Share और Ctrl+M
TallyPrime से invoice WhatsApp पर भेजने के लिए invoice खोलें, Alt+M (Share) दबाएं और WhatsApp में Current चुनें। E-mail के लिए Ctrl+M (Current) दबाकर अपना e-mail profile चुनें और भेजें — PDF अपने आप बनकर attach हो जाती है। WhatsApp के लिए registered business number और active subscription ज़रूरी है; e-mail के लिए सिर्फ़ internet और सही e-mail settings।

Common Mistakes
Gmail का normal password डालना
Authentication fail होता है। Google/Yahoo account में app password बनाकर वही TallyPrime में डालें।
Personal WhatsApp number से उम्मीद
TallyPrime का WhatsApp sharing registered business number और subscription से चलता है, साधारण WhatsApp app से नहीं।
Party ledger में contact details न भरना
हर बार number/e-mail टाइप करना पड़ता है और गलत party को PDF जाने का ख़तरा रहता है। Ledger में एक बार सही details save करें।
