Ctrl+M in TallyPrime — E-mail Shortcut (और Calculator Hide)

TallyPrime में Ctrl+M = current voucher/report को E-mail करना। Invoice या report खोलकर Ctrl+M दबाएँ, recipient भरें और भेज दें। इसके अलावा Ctrl+M calculator panel को hide भी करता है (Ctrl+N से खुलता है)। Tally.ERP 9 में e-mail के लिए Alt+M था।

Ctrl+M किस screen पर क्या करता है?

E-mail Authentication screen	App Password से login के लिए Ctrl+P (Ctrl+M नहीं)

Example: Sales invoice party को mail

Step	क्या करें
1	Day Book से sales invoice खोलें
2	Ctrl+M → E-mail screen
3	To (party का e-mail), subject और format (जैसे PDF) देखें
4	Send करें। पहली बार e-mail account की authentication/configuration माँगी जा सकती है

Report (जैसे party का Ledger statement) भेजना हो तो पहले F2 से सही period और ज़रूरत हो तो Alt+F5 से detailed view set करें — जो रूप screen पर है, लगभग वही mail में जाता है।

Common Mistakes

Gmail password डालकर login fail होना

कई mail services सामान्य password से third-party login नहीं देतीं। E-mail Authentication screen पर Ctrl+P से App Password वाला login चुनें (App Password अपने mail account से खुद बनाएँ)।

Calculator बंद करने के लिए Esc दबाना

Esc current screen से बाहर ले जा सकता है। Calculator panel hide करने के लिए Ctrl+M या Ctrl+N।
