Common Mistakes

Salesman को ledger बनाकर Sundry Debtors में डालना

इससे party-wise outstanding बिगड़ जाता है और GST reports में भी उलझन होती है। Salesman एक tag है, party नहीं: cost centre या TDL field use करें।

Receipt को bill-wise adjust न करना

On Account receipts किस invoice (और इसलिए किस salesman) की हैं, पता नहीं चलता। Collection report सही चाहिए तो receipt में Agst Ref से bill चुनें।

Tally Prime mein salesman wise sales report kaise dekhe bina TDL?

Cost Centres enable करें, हर salesman का cost centre (जैसे Cost Category Salesman के अंदर) बनाएं और sales ledger की amount invoice में उस salesman को allocate करें। फिर Cost Centre Breakup report में salesman-wise sales दिखती है।

Can the TDL show salesman-wise outstanding and collection?
