पैसा बाज़ार में कितने दिन से फँसा है, यह जानना cash flow की पहली ज़रूरत है। TallyPrime में ageing built-in है; Outstanding Ageing Report TDL उसे आपके business के हिसाब से बनाती है: area या salesman-wise, आपके slabs, आपके columns, एक fixed format में।

TallyPrime में built-in क्या है

Group Outstandings (जैसे Sundry Debtors) और Ledger Outstandings: Display More Reports → Statement of Accounts → Outstandings
F6 (Age-wise): Ageing by Bill Date या Due Date, और अपने age slabs
Party ledger में credit period से due date और overdue days
Bills Receivable / Payable, और Reminder Letters
Alt+E से Excel/PDF, Alt+M से e-mail (और subscription हो तो WhatsApp)

शर्त एक ही है: party ledgers में bill-wise details on हों और receipts सही bill के against adjust हों। Bill-wise details guide पहले पढ़ लें। ज़्यादातर businesses के लिए built-in F6 view ही काफ़ी है।

Common Mistakes

On Account receipts छोड़ देना

Ageing में पुराने bills pending दिखते रहते हैं जबकि पैसा आ चुका है। Report बनवाने से पहले On Account amounts bill-wise adjust करें।

Bill Date और Due Date का फ़र्क न समझना

Credit period वाली parties में bill date से ageing ज़्यादा overdue दिखाती है। Collection के लिए Due Date, audit/provision के लिए Bill Date: तय करके रखें।

Tally Prime mein ageing report kaise dekhe?

Display More Reports → Statement of Accounts → Outstandings → Group (जैसे Sundry Debtors) या Ledger खोलें और F6 (Age-wise) दबाएं। Ageing by Bill Date या Due Date चुनें और अपने slabs (जैसे 0–30, 30–60, 60–90) भरें।

Is bill-wise accounting required for ageing?

हाँ। Party ledger में bill-wise details on होनी चाहिए और receipts Agst Ref से adjust होने चाहिए, नहीं तो On Account amounts ageing को बिगाड़ देती हैं।

TDL ageing report में क्या अलग मिलता है?

Area, city, salesman या party category पर grouping, credit limit और last receipt date जैसे extra columns, और आपका fixed format जो हर बार same खुले। Exact columns requirement पर तय होते हैं।

Ageing report party को WhatsApp पर भेज सकते हैं?
