Ctrl+F4 in TallyPrime — Payroll Voucher Shortcut (Monthly Salary)

Ctrl+F4 TallyPrime में Payroll voucher खोलता है — employees की monthly salary process करने के लिए। यह voucher तभी काम करता है जब company में Payroll feature चालू हो। हमारी book (अध्याय 27) में भी Ctrl+F4 = Payroll Voucher दिया है, और Payroll वाले अध्याय में इसका पूरा process है।

Ctrl+F4 कहाँ काम करता है?

Example: नवंबर की salary process

Step	क्या करें
1	Attendance voucher से महीने की attendance/production दर्ज करें (अगर pay heads उस पर आधारित हैं)
2	Gateway of Tally → Vouchers → Ctrl+F4
3	F2 से date 30-11 रखें, salary payable ledger चुनें
4	Auto-fill से सभी employees और pay heads भरवाएँ, amounts जाँचें
5	Ctrl+A — net salary payable में चली जाती है

Common Mistakes

Payroll voucher को payment समझना

Payroll voucher salary का खर्च और payable बनाता है, पैसा नहीं निकालता। Bank/cash से भुगतान अलग voucher में दर्ज करें।

Ctrl की जगह Alt दब जाना

Alt+F4 से TallyPrime बंद होने लगता है। Payroll के लिए Ctrl+F4 और पहले से चल रही entry save रखें।
