TallyPrime में Ctrl+Alt+N = Notifications report। किसी भी screen से यह दबाएं (या ऊपर bell icon पर click करें) — TSS, license, upgrade, backup, GST return और TallyDrive से जुड़े सारे alerts एक ही report में दिखते हैं।

Notifications report में क्या-क्या आता है?

Notification type	उदाहरण
TSS / License	Subscription या rental expiry, usage limit, license server से internet कटना
Upgrade	नया TallyPrime release उपलब्ध
GST	Return filing status
Backup / Scheduler / TallyDrive	Scheduled backup हुआ या fail, storage alert (7.0 से)
Add-ons	Add-on द्वारा भेजे notifications (setting चालू होने पर)

Report के अंदर काम की keys

Key	काम
Ctrl+Alt+N	Notifications report खोलना
F4	Activity के हिसाब से filter
Ctrl+B	Read / Unread status से filter
Alt+D	Notification dismiss करना
Ctrl+R / Ctrl+U	Line हटाना / हटाई line वापस लाना

Example: रोज़ सुबह backup alert check

Step	क्या करें
1	TallyPrime खोलते ही bell पर red dot दिखे तो Ctrl+Alt+N
2	F4 से सिर्फ Backup activity चुनें
3	Backup fail दिखे तो तुरंत Alt+Y Data → Backup से manual backup लें
4	पढ़े हुए alerts Alt+D से dismiss करें ताकि list साफ रहे

कौन-से alerts दिखें: F1 Help → Settings → Display → Show Notifications for Activity। Add-on alerts के लिए Allow AddOns to send Notifications चालू करें।

Common Mistakes

TSS / license alerts को अनदेखा करना

Expiry alert नज़रअंदाज़ करने पर बाद में GST, e-Invoice जैसी connected services रुक सकती हैं। हफ्ते में एक बार Ctrl+Alt+N ज़रूर खोलें।

Ctrl+N दबाकर notifications ढूँढना

Ctrl+N calculator खोलता है। Notifications के लिए Ctrl+Alt+N या bell icon।

Ctrl+Alt+N Notifications report खोलता है। यही report ऊपर दिख रहे bell icon पर click करके भी खुलता है।

Bell icon पर red dot का क्या मतलब है?

Red dot बताता है कि नया notification आया है। F1 Help → Settings → Display में Show Red Dot for से चुन सकते हैं कि dot Any, New या Unread notifications पर दिखे।

कौन-से notifications दिखें यह कैसे तय करें?

F1 Help → Settings → Display → Show Notifications for Activity में options set करें और Ctrl+A से save करें।

Notification हटाना या वापस लाना हो तो?

Report में Alt+D से notification dismiss होता है, Ctrl+R से line हटती है और Ctrl+U से हटाई line वापस आती है।
