Alt+F5 in TallyPrime — Debit Note Shortcut (और Report में Detailed View)

Alt+F5 voucher screen में Debit Note खोलता है — जब supplier को माल वापस करते हैं या उससे rate difference लेना हो। Balance Sheet, Trial Balance जैसी reports में यही key report को Detailed या Condensed view में बदलती है।

Alt+F5 कहाँ-कहाँ काम करता है?

Screen	Alt+F5 दबाने पर
Gateway → Vouchers (या voucher entry)	Debit Note voucher खुलता है
Reports (Balance Sheet, P&L, Trial Balance, Stock Summary आदि)	Detailed ↔ Condensed view (Alt+F1 जैसा)

Example: Supplier को माल वापस (Purchase Return)

Gupta Suppliers से खरीदे 10 pcs (₹500 each, GST 18%) में से 2 pcs खराब निकले, वापस भेजे।

Step	क्या करें
1	Gateway of Tally → Vouchers → Alt+F5 (Debit Note)
2	माल लौट रहा है तो Ctrl+H से Item Invoice mode चुनें
3	Party A/c: Gupta Suppliers, Purchase ledger चुनें
4	Item: 2 pcs × ₹500 = ₹1,000; GST ledgers से ₹180 tax
5	Bill-wise में Agst Ref से original purchase bill चुनें → Ctrl+A

Common Mistakes

ERP 9 की Ctrl+F9 दबाना

Tally.ERP 9 में Debit Note Ctrl+F9 था, TallyPrime में Ctrl+F9 Purchase Order खोलता है — Debit Note के लिए Alt+F5।

Original bill reference न देना

Agst Ref न देने से supplier का outstanding और GST return में note-to-invoice link गड़बड़ा जाता है। हमेशा original purchase bill चुनें।
