F10 in TallyPrime — Other Vouchers List

TallyPrime में F10 (Other Vouchers) सभी voucher types की list खोलता है। Credit Note, Debit Note, Stock Journal, Sales Order या आपका बनाया custom voucher (जैसे “Cash Sales”) — जिसकी key याद न हो, F10 से चुन लें।

F10 कहाँ काम करता है?

Gateway of Tally → Vouchers → F10 — List of Voucher Types खुलती है, नाम type करके चुनें।
Voucher entry के बीच में भी F10 से दूसरा voucher type चुन सकते हैं।
help.tallysolutions.com के e-Invoice guide में भी Credit Note के लिए यही रास्ता है: Alt+G → Create Voucher → F10 (Other Vouchers) → Credit Note।
GST reports, Bank Connections, e-Payments जैसी screens में F10 का काम अलग है।

Step	क्या करें
1	Gateway of Tally → Vouchers → F10
2	“Credit Note” type करें → Enter
3	Ctrl+H से Item Invoice mode (माल वापस आया हो तो)
4	Party, Sales ledger, item भरें; Bill-wise में Agst Ref से original invoice चुनें
5	Ctrl+A

List में कोई voucher type न दिखे (जैसे Credit Note) तो उस voucher type master में “Activate this Voucher Type” check करें।

Common Mistakes

Tally.ERP 9 वाली keys दबाना

ERP 9 में Ctrl+F8/Ctrl+F9 Credit/Debit Note थे। TallyPrime में ये Sales/Purchase Order हैं — शक हो तो F10 list से चुनें।

Inactive voucher type ढूँढते रहना

List में न दिखे तो voucher type master में activate करें।
