हर dispatch के बाद LR copy, गाड़ी नंबर और freight का हिसाब अलग register या WhatsApp chats में बिखरा रहता है — और customer पूछे तो ढूँढना पड़ता है। Transport & LR details TDL ये सारी जानकारी invoice के साथ TallyPrime में ही capture करता है, invoice पर print करता है और transporter-wise report देता है।

TallyPrime में built-in क्या है

Sales invoice के Dispatch Details में: Dispatch Doc No., Dispatched through, Destination, Carrier Name/Agent, Bill of Lading/LR-RR No., Date और Motor Vehicle No.
e-Way Bill details में mode, transporter ID, vehicle number; एक से ज़्यादा गाड़ी हो तो transporter details screen

Common Mistakes

Transport details को narration में लिखना

Narration से न report बनती है न filter होता है। Built-in Dispatch Details fields या TDL के structured fields use करें।

Unsupported या cracked TDL से e-Way Bill fields बिगड़ना

अनजान TDL standard GST/e-Way Bill fields के साथ टकरा सकती है। सिर्फ़ भरोसेमंद developer की TDL लें, जो आपकी TallyPrime release पर tested हो।

क्या TallyPrime में LR number और vehicle number के fields पहले से हैं?

हाँ। Sales invoice के Dispatch Details में dispatch doc no., dispatched through, destination, carrier, Bill of Lading/LR-RR No., date और motor vehicle no. भरे जा सकते हैं, और e-Way Bill details में transporter ID और vehicle no. भी।

What extra transport details can a TDL add?
