Printer नहीं चल रहा, “Too small to fit” आ रहा है, या print करते ही TallyPrime crash हो रहा है — TallyPrime printing error लगभग हमेशा printer driver, गलत paper size या print configuration की वजह से होता है। Company data को कोई खतरा नहीं होता; नीचे message के हिसाब से fix करें।

Fix steps — इसी क्रम में करें
- Windows से test करें: Notepad या Windows की Printers settings से test page निकालें। यहाँ भी print न आए तो printer cable/Wi-Fi, toner और driver देखें — यह TallyPrime की problem नहीं है। Print queue में अटका job cancel करें।
- TallyPrime में printer चुनें: Invoice/report खोलकर Alt+P (Print) → Configuration में printer name और page size देखें। Network printer बदला हो तो पुराना नाम यहाँ अटका रहता है।
- Preview देखें: Ctrl+P दबाकर print screen पर Preview से देख लें कि layout पूरा आ रहा है या कट रहा है।
- Width/size error: Ctrl+P → C (Configure) → Width of normal invoice (in Inches) को paper width के बराबर करें। Simple invoice format use करते हों तो उसकी width भी।
- MAV आए तो: दूसरा printer या Microsoft Print to PDF चुनकर वही document print करें। PDF बन जाए तो printer driver uninstall करके manufacturer की site से latest driver लगाएँ।
- Auto-print बंद करें: Alt+G → Alter Master → Voucher Type → Print voucher after saving = No। अब save के समय crash नहीं होगा, print अलग से करें।
- Settings reset: TallyPrime बंद करके installation folder की .tsf file हटाने से अस्थायी settings default हो जाती हैं (पहले उसकी copy रख लें)।
- TallyPrime खुलते ही crash: services.msc में Print Spooler कुछ देर रोककर TallyPrime खोलें। खुल जाए तो printer driver ही दोषी है — उसे update करें। (विस्तार: Memory Access Violation guide)
Expert को कब बुलाएँ?
Pre-printed stationery पर alignment बार-बार बिगड़े, customised invoice format (TDL) में print कटे, या कई computers पर एक साथ printing crash हो — तब settings बदलते रहने की बजाय expert से एक बार format सेट करवाएँ।

सीधे TallyPrime reinstall करना
Printing problem में reinstall से कुछ नहीं बदलता, driver वही रहता है। पहले Windows test print और दूसरे printer से check करें।
Paper size हर बार printer में बदलना
Printer properties में बदला size TallyPrime की configuration से टकराता है। Page size TallyPrime के print configuration में ही set करें।
