Tally.NET ID / Remote Login Errors — 2013, 16063, 16027 Fix

Remote login पर “Invalid Tally.NET ID / password”, error 16063, 16027, “User not authorized” या “No such host is found” — ये Tally.NET ID और Remote Access की errors हैं। इनमें data को कोई खतरा नहीं होता; ज़्यादातर गड़बड़ ID, server पर company connection या user setting में होती है।

Fix steps — सुरक्षित क्रम में

पहले backup लें: Office computer पर company data की copy रखें, खासकर users/security बदलने से पहले।
ID-password (2013/2015): ID टाइप करें, paste न करें। Password भूलें तो F1 (Help) → Settings → License → Manage License screen पर Alt+R से reset — link registered email पर आएगा।
Office computer setup: Company में Alt+K → Alter → Control User Access to Company Data = Yes; F11 → Online Access → Tally.NET Services for Remote Access and Synchronisation = Yes; फिर Alt+K → Connect से company connect करें।
Remote user: Alt+K → Users and Passwords → Tally.NET ID बिना space के डालें, सही Security Level चुनें और Allow Remote Access = Yes, Ctrl+A।
16063: Alt+K → Remote Access में Online Remote Sessions देखें और idle users को disconnect करें।
16027: Office पर company disconnect करके फिर connect करें। न चले तो F1 → Settings → Connectivity (Show More) में non-HTTP port और absolute URL वाले options Yes करें।
Release: Remote और office — दोनों पर same TallyPrime release होनी चाहिए।

Expert को कब बुलाएँ?

Tally.NET ID किसी पुराने email पर है जिसका access नहीं, company delete/rename होने से remote company unregister नहीं हो रही, या multi-site license में users की mapping उलझी हुई है — इनमें Control Centre और licensing दोनों का काम है।

Browser Access वाली ID को Remote Access में use करना

दोनों settings अलग हैं। Remote login के लिए Allow Remote Access = Yes होना चाहिए।

Company connect किए बिना remote login

Office पर company connected न हो तो remote list खाली रहती है। Gateway पर company के साथ (c) देखें।

Tally.NET ID क्या होता है?

License के साथ register किया गया email ही Tally.NET ID है। यही license activate/reactivate और remote access login में use होता है।

What does error 16063 mean?

The allowed number of remote users are already logged in. Disconnect idle sessions from the Online Remote Sessions report, then log in again.

Error 2013 और 2015 में क्या फर्क है?
