TallyPrime में Ctrl+F8 Sales Order खोलता है — customer से मिला order दर्ज करने के लिए। Tally.ERP 9 से आए users के लिए सबसे ज़रूरी बात: Ctrl+F8 अब Credit Note नहीं है; Credit Note के लिए Alt+F6 दबाएँ।

Ctrl+F8 कहाँ काम करता है?

Sales Order screen	Party, items, rate, due date भरें

Sales Order सिर्फ़ तभी खुलता है जब company में sales order processing चालू हो (F11 Company Features)।

Example: Customer का 100 pcs का order

Step	क्या करें
1	Gateway of Tally → Vouchers → Ctrl+F8
2	Order No. और Party A/c (customer) भरें
3	Item, 100 pcs, rate और due date डालें → Ctrl+A
4	माल भेजते समय Alt+F8 Delivery Note या F8 Sales invoice में यही order चुनें

Common Mistakes

Sales return के लिए Ctrl+F8

पुरानी आदत से Ctrl+F8 दबाकर return डालने पर Sales Order बन जाता है, return नहीं। Sales return = Alt+F6 Credit Note।

Invoice में order link न करना

Link न करने पर order हमेशा pending दिखेगा। Delivery Note या invoice में Order No. ज़रूर चुनें।
