TallyIra app Docs by Ira का mobile companion है — अब invoice का photo खींचिए या PDF upload कीजिए, और वो सीधे TallyPrime में draft transaction बन जाता है। Field पर या दुकान पर बैठे-बैठे accountant को bills भेजने का सबसे तेज़ तरीका। Android और iOS दोनों पर available.

पहले क्या चाहिए — Prerequisites

Step 1 — User Access देना (TallyPrime में)

Admin के लिए	Alt+K → Security → TallyIra access के लिए mobile number डालें → Ctrl+A save
अन्य users के लिए	Alt+K → Users and Passwords → user role + user select करें
	Update Access: Yes · Enable TallyIra Access: Yes · user का mobile number डालें → Ctrl+A

एक company में multiple users add करके सबको access दे सकते हैं।

Step 2 — App Install करें

Android Play Store या iOS App Store पर TallyIra search करके install करें। App खोलें → TallyPrime में add किया mobile number डालें → OTP डालें। App ready — आपकी TallyPrime company listed दिखेगी।

Step 3 — Documents भेजें (तीन तरीके)

3 Tareeke से Document Add

1. Scan icon → invoice का photo (multi-page? pages add करें)

2. Folder icon → mobile में stored PDF/image upload

3. WhatsApp → invoice long-press → Share → TallyIra icon

Send icon → Voucher Type + mode → Send (10 files तक)

Files TallyPrime के Draft Transactions report में पहुँच जाती हैं

WhatsApp से भेजना खास काम का है: कोई supplier आपको WhatsApp पर invoice भेजे — उसे long-press करके select करें, three dots → Share → TallyIra icon. File company में add हो जाती है। (यही WhatsApp-first workflow businesses के लिए हम automate भी करते हैं — WhatsApp Business API से।)

Step 4 — Vouchers बनाएं (TallyPrime में)

भेजी हुई files Draft Transactions report में “Ready to Convert” दिखती हैं। एक transaction verify करने के लिए उसे select करके open करें — imported document से extracted values check करें। एक voucher: Ctrl+A save. सभी एक साथ: सारी transactions select करके F10 — seconds में सारे vouchers books में save. Day Book में verify करें।

Common Mistakes

User access enable किए बिना app try करना

App में company नहीं दिखेगी। पहले TallyPrime में Alt+K से TallyIra access + mobile number set करें।

अलग voucher types एक साथ भेजना

एक बार में एक ही voucher type की 10 files तक — sales और purchase अलग-अलग भेजें।

Extracted values verify न करना

AI extraction में कभी-कभी सुधार चाहिए। Draft Transactions में हर voucher की values check करें save करने से पहले।
