Ctrl+E in TallyPrime — Export Shortcut

TallyPrime में Ctrl+E = Export (Current)। जो report या voucher अभी screen पर खुला है, Ctrl+E दबाते ही उसकी export screen खुलती है — format (जैसे Excel या PDF) और folder चुनकर file बना लें। Tally.ERP 9 में यह काम Alt+E से होता था।

Ctrl+E किस screen पर क्या करता है?

कोई भी Report (Trial Balance, Ledger, Stock Summary, GST reports)	Current report export
Voucher (display / alteration)	Current voucher export
Gateway / menu screens	Export करने लायक कुछ खुला न हो तो Alt+E menu इस्तेमाल करें

Step	क्या करें
1	Gateway of Tally → Trial Balance खोलें; ज़रूरत हो तो Alt+F5 से detailed करें
2	Ctrl+E दबाएँ → Export screen
3	File Format में Excel चुनें, Folder Path देख लें
4	Export करें → file बताए folder में बन जाएगी

मिलते-जुलते keys — फर्क समझें

Key	काम
Ctrl+E	सिर्फ current report/voucher export
Alt+E	पूरा Export menu (current के अलावा masters, transactions आदि)
Ctrl+M	Current report/voucher e-mail करना
Ctrl+Alt+W	Current report/voucher WhatsApp करना
Ctrl+P	Current report/voucher print करना
Alt+O	Import menu (data अंदर लाना)

Common Mistakes

Condensed report export कर देना

Screen पर जितना दिखता है लगभग वही export होता है। Group-wise detail चाहिए तो पहले Alt+F5 / Alt+F1 से detailed view, फिर Ctrl+E।

File नहीं मिल रही

Export screen का Folder Path देखे बिना export कर दिया। Export से पहले Folder Path note करें या अपनी पसंद का folder दें।
