TallyPrime में Ctrl+Alt+R = Rewrite / Repair Data। Gateway of Tally पर यह shortcut दबाते ही Repair Company screen खुलती है — corrupt या damaged company data यहीं से repair होता है। Repair से पहले हमेशा backup लें।

Ctrl+Alt+R कहाँ और क्या करता है?

Company list में Repair Required status	इस company को repair की ज़रूरत है (कुछ damaged data पर status नहीं भी दिखता)

Data corruption के आम कारण: अचानक बिजली जाना या system crash, network पर data copy करते समय रुकावट, data folder में बाहरी छेड़छाड़। Error messages की पूरी list और हल हमारे Data Errors guide में है।

Step-by-step: Data repair

Step	क्या करें
1	Alt+Y Data → Backup से company का backup लें (local drive या TallyDrive)
2	Gateway of Tally पर Ctrl+Alt+R दबाएं
3	Company select करें, Backup Company Data before Repair = Yes, path set करें
4	R दबाएं — data बड़ा है तो कुछ समय लगेगा, बीच में बंद न करें
5	Statistics report में vouchers/masters के Before/After counts मिलाएं; अंतर हो तो Alt+X से Repair Exceptions देखें

Statistics और Exceptions reports TallyPrime 3.0 से मिलते हैं; 2.1 और पुराने release में सिर्फ message आता है। Edit Log चालू हो तो repair उसकी जानकारी हटा देता है।

Common Mistakes

बिना backup के repair चलाना

Repair जो data recover नहीं कर पाता उसे हटा देता है। पहले backup, फिर Ctrl+Alt+R — और backup option को Yes ही रखें।

Ctrl+Alt+B को backup समझना

कई पुराने notes में Ctrl+Alt+B = Backup लिखा है, पर TallyPrime 7.x में यह build information दिखाता है। Backup के लिए Alt+Y → Backup इस्तेमाल करें।

Ctrl+Alt+R के बिना Repair कहाँ मिलेगा?

F1 Help → Troubleshooting → Repair, या Alt+Y Data → Repair। दोनों से वही Repair Company screen खुलती है।

Repair के बाद Edit Log का क्या होता है?

अगर Edit Log चालू है तो repair उस company की Edit Log जानकारी हटा देता है। Audit trail वाली companies में यह बात ध्यान रखें।

Repair से भी error ठीक न हो तो?

TallyHelp में Zero Command repair का तरीका है, पर उसमें partial data loss हो सकता है। ऐसे case में पहले backup की copy बनाएं और expert से बात करें।
