Quotation Format TDL — TallyPrime में Professional Quotation

Quotation भेजने में देरी या कच्चा format अक्सर order हाथ से निकलवा देता है, और बाद में पता नहीं चलता कि कौन-सा quotation pending है। Quotation format TDL TallyPrime में आपका professional quotation layout और उसकी follow-up tracking जोड़ता है — Excel या Word में अलग से quotation बनाने की ज़रूरत नहीं रहती।

TallyPrime में built-in क्या है

Quotation: Sales Order बनाएं, Ctrl+L से Optional mark करें और print करें — title QUOTATION आता है।
Proforma Invoice: Sales voucher (F8) को Optional mark करके print करें।
Optional vouchers books को affect नहीं करते; इसके लिए F11 Features में reversing journals और optional vouchers का option Yes होना चाहिए।
Print screen में F7 से title/subtitle बदल सकते हैं, और अलग numbering के लिए अपना voucher type बना सकते हैं।
Print या PDF को built-in e-mail/WhatsApp से भेज सकते हैं।

Quotation को regular Sales voucher में बनाना

इससे sales और GST reports गलत हो जाते हैं। Built-in में भी quotation हमेशा Optional voucher के रूप में रखें।

पुरानी release की TDL नई TallyPrime पर बिना test चलाना

Release mismatch से field गायब या error आ सकता है। Upgrade से पहले TDL को नई release पर test करवाएं।

क्या TallyPrime में बिना TDL के quotation बन सकता है?

हाँ। Sales Order बनाकर Ctrl+L से Optional mark करें और print करें — title QUOTATION आता है। Optional Sales voucher Proforma Invoice के रूप में print होता है। यह books पर असर नहीं डालते।

What does a quotation TDL add?

Requirement के हिसाब से — अपना quotation layout, validity date, revision number, terms, item specification, और एक register जिसमें हर quotation का status (pending, converted, lost) दिखे।

Quotation को बाद में Sales Order या Invoice में बदल सकते हैं?

Built-in में Optional voucher को regular बनाया जा सकता है। TDL से quotation से order या invoice बनाने का flow और आसान किया जा सकता है, ताकि items दोबारा न भरने पड़ें।
