TRAI DLT — ज़रूरी बातें

हर business को पहले DLT platform पर Principal Entity के रूप में register करना होता है।
Sender ID (6-character header) और हर message का template पहले approve होना चाहिए — approved template से अलग text block हो सकता है।
Promotional messages सिर्फ़ तय समय में और DND preferences का ध्यान रखकर जाते हैं।

Templates सही category में और सही variables के साथ बनाना ही सबसे ज़्यादा rejection बचाता है — इसमें हम मदद करते हैं।

DLT registration क्या है और क्यों ज़रूरी है?

TRAI के नियमों के अनुसार India में commercial SMS भेजने के लिए business (Principal Entity), sender ID (header) और message templates को telecom operator के DLT platform पर register करना ज़रूरी है। बिना DLT के messages deliver नहीं होते।

Transactional और promotional SMS में क्या फ़र्क है?

Transactional/service SMS — OTP, invoice, payment, delivery alerts — customer के काम के messages हैं। Promotional SMS offers और marketing के लिए हैं; ये DND preference और तय समय-सीमा के नियमों के अधीन होते हैं।

What is RCS messaging?

RCS (Rich Communication Services) Android के default Messages app में images, buttons, carousels और verified brand name/logo के साथ SMS जैसा message है। जहाँ RCS support नहीं होता, वहाँ आम तौर पर SMS fallback रखा जाता है।

Can I send SMS from TallyPrime?

हाँ, integration के ज़रिए invoice, payment receipt या outstanding reminder का SMS Tally data से भेजा जा सकता है — templates DLT पर approved होने चाहिए।
